About This Game:

Protonwar is a multiplayer focused, Fast paced AFPS with an emphasis on quick and flowing movement. It features strafe jumping, advanced strafe jumping, wall running, wall jumping, step up double jumps and sliding movement mechanics!

Story:

In 2052 the world went to war. Overpopulation had depleted most of the world’s food and energy supplies, and while the remaining governments fought over the last remaining resources, a rogue group of earth’s top scientists initiated the ALICE programme to find a solution to the worlds energy needs.

In 2100, they discovered the antiparticle. A new, clean energy source, and saved the world. Mankind was entering a new golden-age, until 2124 when the world almost ended. A research team working in a top-secret research facility on Mars perfected miniaturisation of antiparticle technology for use in weaponry. The battles that followed destroyed 60% of the human race. The old governments that drove this conflict have collapsed, and the corporations driving mankind’s rise from the ashes of the earth have outlawed all development of antiparticle technology around the world. We live in a time of peace. The race to rebuild brings the corporations record profits, and antiparticles can help win that race. Development of the technology was only outlawed on this world.
