About This Game:

Shepherds of the Abyss is an action-packed, multiplayer tower defense game — one inspired by some of the best tower defense mods for Warcraft 3.

Instead of scripted or generated waves of minions being sent at you and your enemy, you, the players, decide what to send, and in what order, for each wave. The creatures you summon have powerful abilities, some of which synergize with each other while others effectively counter certain tower types or spells. You must tailor your wave compositions to overcome your enemy’s defenses and counter their strategy.

In addition to building a maze and summoning tailored waves, you must unlock, upgrade, and customize spells. Perhaps you want to heal or protect your units as they traverse your enemy’s maze, or maybe you’d rather unleash a fiery inferno upon your enemy’s units in your maze. Spells can be used offensively or defensively, and play a key role in determining who will be the victor.
